Therapy for Therapists
1:1 Therapy
Rate: $195
Therapists, too, need therapy. We face unique challenges like vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, imposter syndrome, and burnout. We're also human, with personal issues just like everyone else.
As a therapist with over 10 years of experience working with helping professionals, I love helping both novice and experienced therapists process their unique experiences and deepen their self-understanding so they can become the best version of themselves at work and at home.
I know how HARD it can be to find a therapist as a therapist—you can't know the person personally, you have a reputation to uphold, and you want someone GOOD, someone who can provide more than the support you already get from your therapist friends.
My hope is to be that therapist for you. But if we meet and it's not a good fit, I'm always happy to offer referrals to some awesome colleagues.
1:1 Supervision
LPCC supervision for pre-licensed therapists.
Rate: $175
I am a board approved LPCC supervisor for licensure candidates. LPCC supervision includes self-of-therapist work, case note review, and case consultation to support your development as a therapist.
I believe that supervision is a collaborative process, and I am committed to creating a supportive and safe space for you to learn and grow. I have been in your position before and have had both positive and negative experiences from supervision, which has helped me feel clear about who I am as a supervisor and how I want to supervise.
As your LPCC supervisor, I will be collaborative and give feedback. I want to create a relationship with you where you feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is for you to feel prepared and confident to enter the field as a therapist by the end of our supervision.
1:1 Consultation
For therapists looking for support and mentoring as they transition to private practice.

Starting your own therapy practice is a BOSS move, but it can also be scary AF. There's so much to learn, so much to do, and so many doubts that can creep in.
That's where I come in. I'll help you navigate the twists and turns of running your own practice so you can focus on what you do best: helping people.
Whether you’re figuring out marketing strategies, defining your niche, setting your rates, preventing burnout, or tackling imposter syndrome, we can talk about it all.
I also understand how isolating solo practice can feel, especially without access to a supportive consultation group. If you’re struggling with a tricky client or need a fresh perspective on a complex case, I offer short term support for therapists of all experience levels.
Here are topics we may cover in a consultation session:
Getting started: Which steps do you need to take to get your business off the ground?
Marketing and niching: How do you attract your ideal clients?
Insurance vs. private pay: Which option is right for you?
Building a team: Who else do you need along side you to help you grow your practice?
Burnout prevention: How do you take care of yourself while running a business?
Overcoming imposter syndrome: How do you believe in yourself and your abilities?
Case consultation: Identify and address challenges you are facing with a specific client.
