About Me
In the Office
I am trauma-informed, which means I have specialized trauma therapy training. I recognize the complex impact of trauma on a person’s mental health and world view.
I work from an attachment-based lens. I believe that our earliest attachment relationships (usually our parents) and other important relationships in our lives shape the way we see the world and impact the way we relate to and show up with others today.
Most clients would describe me as friendly, compassionate, approachable, kind, and upbeat. I like to use humor in session and I will never shy away from the hard, uncomfortable stuff.
I believe in the interconnectedness between our mind and our body. Our body often has information about our mental health that our mind doesn’t and when we tune into and nourish our body, we tend to feel better mentally. Therefore, I take a holistic and integrative approach to healing.
I understand that each individual is unique and that mental health care is not “one-size-fits-all.” Some people benefit from talk therapy, while others need to address their overall health and connect with their body in order to improve their mental health. Some women need connection through groups. I meet you where you are at.

About Me
Outside the Office
I’m a mom to two human babies and one fur baby who are all full of energy! I love being outside and in nature, whether it’s running around the lakes in the summer or heading out for a winter hike at one of the state parks.
I love traveling and going out to eat at all the best burger spots in town.
To relax, I love cooking, reading, chatting with friends, drinking tea, watching Netflix, and listening to podcasts.
